What's NOT in the price

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up and you're in. No credit card required for the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?

Do you offer annual billing?

What if I run more than one company?
Each company on the Company plan is $499/month. If you're running three or more companies on one master account, talk to sales — we have volume pricing on the Enterprise plan.
Do you charge for integrations?
No. Every marketplace and carrier integration we support is included — all 30+ marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, BackMarket, plus 25 premium retailers via Mirakl) and all 4 shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). No per-channel fees, no premium-connector tier, no add-ons.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. The Company plan includes self-serve onboarding plus email support — most teams are live in days. The Enterprise plan adds dedicated migration support and a named onboarding lead.
What about support?
Email support is included on every plan. Enterprise customers get priority response and a direct line to the team.
Do I have to migrate my data myself?
For most teams, no — you connect your marketplaces and your products and inventory flow in automatically. If you're moving off another platform with custom data, sales can scope a migration plan.
What if I outgrow it?
You won't outgrow the feature set — every feature is on every plan. If your volume gets big enough that you need a custom arrangement (multiple companies, very large SKU counts, dedicated SLA), that's what Enterprise is for. Same product, custom terms.
