Rilk is a vetted, listed app in Amazon's Selling Partner Appstore — approval required 8+ months and multiple security and integration audits. We hold equivalent production-tier developer status on Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and the Mirakl platform. These aren't credentials a one-off developer can acquire by reading documentation; they're contracted partnerships earned over time.
What you can connect
Rilk ships with 11 native marketplace integrations built and maintained by our team, plus 25 premium US and Canadian retailers delivered through our Mirakl platform partnership, plus the 4 carriers most of your packages go out with. Connect them once and your stock, orders, shipments, and settlements stay in lockstep across everything.
Native marketplaces (built in-house)
- Amazon — Seller Central in all major regions, FBA inbound, Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Amazon Buy Shipping, settlement reports, returns and reimbursements.
- Walmart — Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Walmart Buy Shipping, item catalog and returns.
- eBay — Standard and Promoted Listings, Managed Payments reconciliation, returns.
- Shopify — Bidirectional inventory across multiple stores and multiple Shopify locations, draft orders, fulfillment, refunds.
- BackMarket — Refurbished marketplace with A/B/C condition handling and repair-cost tracking tied to per-unit profit.
- Etsy — Handmade, vintage, and craft listings with variation support, Offsite Ads cost tracking, Etsy Payments reconciliation.
- WooCommerce — Direct-to-consumer storefronts (single or multi-site) treated as first-class marketplace channels.

All-in pricing — really
Most platforms in this space charge per channel, per carrier, per order, or all three. Rilk doesn't. The flat $499/month plan includes:

- Unlimited orders synced and unlimited labels printed
- Unlimited stores or seller accounts per marketplace
- Unlimited users running the workflows
There is no "shipping module" upsell to print a label. There is no "premium connector" tier to use FBA. There is no per-order metering when your weekend volume spikes. It is one bill, one number, every month. See pricing.
How connections work
Setup runs in minutes, not weeks. Log into Rilk, open Integrations, pick the marketplace or carrier you want, click Connect, and authorize Rilk to access your account. The first sync runs immediately. Orders, listings, inventory, and shipment history start flowing in without an import file or a CSV.
You can connect more than one account per marketplace where it makes sense — three Shopify stores, two Amazon Seller Central accounts, a domestic UPS account, a separate international UPS account — and route the right orders through the right account from a single screen.
For the Mirakl-powered retailers, you'll need to be approved by each retailer separately (each runs its own seller approval process). Once you're approved, plugging that retailer into Rilk takes minutes — same flow as any other connection.
Why integrations are different here
The 7 native integrations aren't bolted on by a partner. They're built and maintained by the Rilk team. When Amazon changes how reimbursements appear in a settlement report, the fix lands here — not on a third-party connector's roadmap. When a carrier rolls out a new service level, you get it as part of the platform, not as a paid add-on.
The 25+ Mirakl-powered retailers benefit from the same operational quality. Mirakl gives us a single, well-maintained gateway to the retailer platforms; we wrap it with the same per-unit profit, multi-channel inventory pooling, and shipping integration you get on every other channel.

What's on the way
We're actively expanding the list. New marketplaces and shipping accounts ship as customers ask for them — and when they do, they ship for everyone on the plan at no extra cost. As new retailers join the Mirakl platform, you'll get access to them automatically. If a channel you sell on isn't listed, tell sales and we'll let you know where it sits.
