Pro ($999/month) adds warehouse & bin management, serial number lifecycle tracking, purchase orders & regrading, FBA & WFS shipment management, automated repricing, and per-unit P&L from settlements, with 10,000 orders/month included, then $0.20/order. Enterprise ($1,999/month) puts 2+ companies on one bill, unlocks all platform features, and adds a dedicated customer success manager and priority support.
