Multi-channel sync
Stock stays in lockstep across every channel you sell on. Sell three units anywhere — and the listing drops by three everywhere.
The spreadsheet problem
Most sellers run their multi-channel inventory out of a spreadsheet that nobody trusts. You list ten units of an SKU on Amazon, ten on eBay, ten on Walmart, and ten on Shopify — and pray the same buyer doesn't grab the last one from two channels in the same minute. Every overlap turns into a cancellation, a refund, a defect rate hit, and an angry email. Most resellers learn this the hard way after a single account-level Amazon suppression.
The "solution" is usually worse than the problem: you ration stock per channel, listing five on Amazon and five on eBay instead of ten on each, and lose half your sell-through speed. Or you commit to one channel and leave money on the table everywhere else. Or you hire a part-time VA to run reconciliation every two hours and still get burned on weekends. Tab-switching between Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay, the Shopify admin, and three spreadsheets is not an operating model — it's a tax on growth.
What Rilk does
Stock pools are unified. List the same SKU on every channel you want, and Rilk holds the count in one place. When a unit sells anywhere, every other listing drops in lockstep within seconds. You list ten and you can safely advertise ten across all five channels — because there's only one pool of ten.
- Real-time stock parity across 30+ marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, BackMarket — plus 25 premium US/Canadian retailers (Macy's, Best Buy, Nordstrom, Lowe's, Kohl's, Bloomingdale's, Saks, Kroger, Ulta Beauty, Williams-Sonoma, Bed Bath & Beyond, J.Crew, Urban Outfitters, and more) via the Mirakl platform. Sell anywhere, listings update everywhere.
- One unified order inbox so your fulfillment team doesn't need five logins to start the day.
- Catalog pushed everywhere from one place — update a title, price, image, or description once and every channel reflects the change.
- Native FBA and WFS support so fulfilled-by-marketplace stock is tracked separately from your own warehouse stock, with neither being double-counted.
- Cancellation and refund flows reconciled automatically — if a marketplace cancels an order, the unit comes back into the pool without manual intervention.
How it changes your day
Before: You'd start every morning checking five tabs. Amazon Seller Central first — any cancellations overnight? Any Buy Box losses on the SKUs that matter? Walmart Seller Center next — any items that desuppressed themselves, any that suppressed without warning? Then eBay, then Shopify, then BackMarket. By the time you finished the rounds it was 10am and you hadn't touched a single PO or shipment.
After: You open Rilk and the dashboard shows the consolidated overnight picture across every channel. New orders, cancellations, stockouts, and Buy Box changes all in one view, sorted by what needs your attention. The five logins still exist for marketplace-specific edge cases — but you don't start your day in them.
Before: You sold the last unit of a hot SKU on Amazon at 2:14pm. The same unit sold on eBay at 2:15pm. By 2:30pm you were cancelling the eBay order, eating a defect mark, and apologizing to a customer who thought they'd just bought the last one. The third time it happened that month you started rationing stock per channel.
After: Rilk decremented the pool at 2:14pm. The eBay listing dropped to zero at 2:14pm and one second. The 2:15pm buyer never saw an "available" listing in the first place. No cancellation, no defect mark, no apology email.
