DHL integration
International shipping done the right way — DHL Express for fast, DHL eCommerce for value, and customs paperwork that prints with the label, not after a phone call to the broker.
What you can do
- Buy DHL Express labels for fast, time-definite international delivery with your negotiated rates already baked in.
- Buy DHL eCommerce labels for cost-sensitive international parcels going to consumers.
- Customs paperwork printed with the label. Commercial invoice, proforma invoice, harmonized codes, country-of-origin, declared value — all generated from the SKU data Rilk already has.
- Rate-shop DHL against UPS, FedEx, and USPS on a single screen for every order with an international destination.
- Print DHL labels directly to your existing thermal printer. No DHL MyBill tab, no separate desktop install.
- Void or refund a label you didn't use and the credit lands back against the order automatically.
- Track every package without leaving Rilk. International scan events, customs holds, and last-mile updates flow into the order, and tracking links push back to the marketplace.
- Electronic trade documents (paperless trade) uploaded with the shipment where DHL supports it, so customs clears without paper at the airport.
- Multi-account support — your DHL Express account, your DHL eCommerce account, and any regional accounts on one Rilk login.

Why use Rilk instead of DHL MyDHL+ or MyBill
International shipping has a paperwork problem. The label is the easy part. The commercial invoice, the harmonized code, the declared value, the country-of-origin — that's where most sellers lose 20 minutes per international order or, worse, get a parcel held at customs because something on the form didn't match the goods.
Rilk solves that by treating customs paperwork as a property of the order, not a separate document. The SKU already has the harmonized code, the country of manufacture, and the declared value. The customer's address already has the destination country. When you buy a DHL label in Rilk, the commercial invoice and electronic trade documents print at the same time, populated from the data that's already there.
For sellers shipping internationally at any meaningful volume, the time savings on customs paperwork alone usually justify the carrier switch.
Connecting DHL
Setup runs in minutes. Log into Rilk, open Integrations, pick DHL, click Connect, and authorize Rilk to use your DHL account number and rate contract.
If you have separate accounts for DHL Express and DHL eCommerce, connect each one. Set per-service routing rules — for example, default DHL Express for orders under a delivery deadline, default DHL eCommerce for consumer parcels with flexible timing — and Rilk picks the right account automatically.
