UPS integration

Buy UPS labels right next to your order list. Rates flow into per-unit profit. Labels print on the thermal printer you already own.

What you can do

  • Rate-shop UPS against FedEx, USPS, and DHL on a single screen for every order, with your negotiated rates already baked in. Pick the cheapest service that meets the delivery date.
  • Print UPS labels directly from Rilk to your existing thermal printer. No separate desktop app, no separate browser tab, no separate login.
  • Void or refund a label you didn't end up using and the credit lands back against the order automatically.
  • Track every package without leaving Rilk — the status updates flow into the order, and the customer-facing tracking link gets pushed back to the marketplace.
  • Signature required, adult signature, and Saturday delivery options offered as part of the label purchase flow.
  • Declared value added at the line level for high-value packages.
  • International labels with customs paperwork — commercial invoice, 5-cell label, and harmonized codes — generated alongside the label.
  • Multiple UPS accounts on one Rilk login — your domestic account, your international account, your high-volume daily-pickup account all live side by side.

What's supported

  • Rate shopping across UPS services and against FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

Why use Rilk instead of UPS WorldShip or CampusShip

WorldShip is a desktop app from a different era. CampusShip is a browser app that still doesn't know about your orders. Both make you copy-paste the address, the weight, the dimensions, and the order number — every single time. Then you copy the tracking number back into Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.

Rilk skips all of that. The address is already on the order. The weight and dimensions are already on the SKU. The marketplace gets the tracking number pushed automatically the moment the label prints. The label cost lands against the order so your per-unit profit number includes the shipping cost without you typing anything.

For multi-channel sellers, the difference is hours per week. For high-volume sellers, it is one less software bill and one less login to manage.

Connecting UPS

Setup runs in minutes. Log into Rilk, open Integrations, pick UPS, click Connect, and authorize Rilk to use your UPS account. Your negotiated rates pull in automatically — Rilk does not quote retail-rate ceilings.

If you run more than one UPS account, connect each one. Choose which warehouse uses which account by default, and Rilk routes new orders to the right one without you thinking about it.

  • Shipping — the full shipping workflow inside Rilk.
  • FedEx, USPS, DHL — rate-shopped together in one view.
  • Reporting — per-unit profit with shipping cost folded in.
