USPS integration
Domestic shipping with USPS, at commercial rates, in the same workflow as everything else you ship.
What you can do
- Buy USPS labels at commercial pricing without negotiating your own contract. Commercial rates pull in automatically and beat retail by a meaningful margin on most parcels.
- Rate-shop USPS against UPS, FedEx, and DHL on a single screen so you ship the cheapest service that meets the delivery date.
- Print USPS labels directly to your existing thermal printer. No PC Postage account, no separate label software, no Click-N-Ship tab.
- Media Mail for the SKUs that qualify — books, audio recordings, video recordings, printed music — at the cheapest domestic rate the USPS offers.
- Cubic Pricing for small, dense parcels where size beats weight on the rate card. Rilk computes the cubic dimension automatically when your SKU has the data.
- Void or refund a label you didn't use and the credit lands back against the order automatically.
- Track every package without leaving Rilk. Status updates flow into the order, and tracking links get pushed back to the marketplace.
- Signature confirmation, insurance, and delivery confirmation offered in the label purchase flow.
- Scan forms generated for daily pickup — one barcode for the carrier to scan instead of one per parcel.

Why use Rilk instead of Click-N-Ship or a standalone label tool
Click-N-Ship is fine if you ship one parcel a week. It is not fine if you ship 50, 500, or 5,000 — and even at 50, you're still copying addresses, weights, and tracking numbers between four browser tabs.
Rilk pulls the address from the order, the weight from the SKU, and the dimensions from the box. You pick the service and click print. The tracking number gets pushed to the marketplace the moment the label drops. The label cost lands against the order so per-unit profit already accounts for it — without you typing anything.
For high-volume sellers shipping a lot of Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, or Cubic Pricing parcels, the commercial-rate access alone usually covers the rest of the Rilk subscription on its own.
Connecting USPS
USPS is the easiest carrier to set up — no separate account negotiation required. Log into Rilk, open Integrations, pick USPS, click Connect, and Rilk provisions commercial-rate access. You can start printing labels in the same session.
If you already have your own USPS account or a Mailer ID, you can attach it during setup so postage gets billed to your account directly.
