The Knot integration
Reach couples building their wedding registries on The Knot and run the whole channel — listings, orders, returns, profit — from Rilk.
The Knot is where a wedding gets planned, and where the registry lives. That makes its marketplace unlike any other channel you sell on: the audience is couples in a once-in-a-lifetime buying moment, assembling registries of home, kitchen, and gift products they genuinely want — plus a circle of guests ready to buy those items for them. Demand is high-intent and emotional rather than price-shopped, but it's also seasonal and bursty. Rilk is what lets you meet that demand without standing up a dedicated wedding-season war room.
What you can do
- Orders from The Knot land in Rilk as they're placed, in the same inbox as your Amazon, Walmart, and eBay orders — pick, pack, and ship without a separate portal.
- One shared stock pool keeps your registry-eligible products in lockstep across every channel, so a gifting rush can't oversell your The Knot listing.
- Manage listing content — titles, imagery, descriptions, attributes, pricing — for your home and gift range from one place.
- Ship-confirm with tracking is sent back to The Knot automatically when a label prints, so the couple and their guests get accurate updates.
- Returns and exchanges route into the same flow as every other channel — inspect, restock, re-grade, or write off.
- True per-unit profit on every sale, reconciled against The Knot's actual payout.

Connecting The Knot
Log into Rilk, open Company Settings → Marketplace integrations, pick The Knot, and connect your approved seller account. Your listings, inventory, and recent orders flow in on the first sync. The Knot runs a curated, invite/approval-only marketplace on the Mirakl platform — Rilk connects the account once you've been approved; it doesn't replace the retailer's onboarding.
Why sell on The Knot with Rilk
No other channel gives you The Knot's audience: couples in a planned, high-consideration buying window, plus the guests buying off their registries. The intent is unmatched — these shoppers came for specific home and gift items, not to comparison-shop — but the demand pattern is unusual. Registries fill and then convert in waves around engagement and wedding seasons, so a product can sell quietly for weeks and then move heavily as a wedding date nears. Miss that window with a stockout, or ship a gift late, and you disappoint not one customer but a couple and everyone watching their registry.
Rilk absorbs that lumpiness. Because The Knot draws from the same live stock pool as your other channels, a seasonal surge pulls from real inventory instead of an out-of-date registry count. Because its orders ship on the same stations and labels as everything else, a wedding-season spike doesn't need its own process. And because each sale reconciles into per-unit profit against the real payout, you can see whether the registry channel — with its returns and its gift-heavy mix — actually earns its keep alongside your everyday marketplaces.
