Navigating Rilk: lists, filters, and saved views
Learn one layout and you can find and work data anywhere in Rilk — products, orders, POs, customers, and more.
What this does
Nearly every "All X" page in Rilk — All Products, All Orders, All Purchase Orders, All Customers — shares the same layout. Learn it once and every list in the app feels familiar, because the search box, the filters, and the bulk actions all sit in the same place and behave the same way.
The point: you're never relearning a new screen. The skills you build on the Orders list carry straight over to Products, Purchasing, Returns, and everywhere else.
The tools on every list
At the top of any list page you'll find the same toolkit:
- Search — type to narrow the list instantly by name, SKU, order number, or ID.
- Advanced filters — stack precise conditions (channel, status, date range, and more), and save a filter rule so you can re-apply it in one click.
- Bulk paste — paste a whole list of IDs or order numbers at once and Rilk filters the page to exactly those rows. Perfect for working a batch someone handed you in a spreadsheet.
- Column customizer — show, hide, and reorder columns to see only what you care about. Your layout is saved to your account, so it's there next time.
- Saved views — capture a filter-and-column setup as a named view, set a default, and switch between views from a dropdown. Great for "Ship today," "Backordered," or any list you return to.
Acting on what you find
Once you've filtered a list down, three buttons do the work:
- Create — add a new record (a product, an order, a PO) right from the list.
- Import — bring records in from a spreadsheet in bulk.
- Actions — select rows with the checkboxes, then open the Actions menu to do something to all of them at once, from updating a field to moving them through a workflow.
Detail pages share a layout too
Open any single record — a product, an order, a purchase order, a customer — and you'll find a tabbed detail page. Related information is grouped into tabs across the top, so everything about that record lives in one place and you know where to look on the next one.
TIP
Build a saved view for the work you do every day — filter, arrange your columns, name it, and set it as your default. The list opens ready to work every time.
