Connect your marketplaces ​

One screen to link every channel you sell on — click a channel, authorize Rilk, and it starts pulling that channel's listings and orders.

What this does ​

Rilk becomes your single workspace the moment your channels are plugged in. Company Settings → Marketplace integrations is where that happens: every marketplace you sell on gets linked here, and from that point its listings and orders flow into Rilk instead of living behind a separate login.

The point: connect each channel once, and you stop hopping between marketplace dashboards to see where you stand. One inbox of orders, one pool of stock, one place to work.

How to connect a channel ​

Open Company Settings → Marketplace integrations. You'll see the channels you've already linked, plus a button to add more.

Click the channel you want — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, BackMarket, Newegg, or Wayfair — and Rilk sends you to that marketplace to sign in and authorize the connection. You're granting Rilk permission to read your listings and orders and to keep stock in step; you can revoke it from the marketplace whenever you like.

Watch it start syncing. As soon as the channel is authorized, Rilk pulls in that channel's live listings and recent orders and keeps them current from then on. A large catalog takes a few minutes — it works in the background while you carry on setting up.

Sell on more than the majors? Open the All Marketplaces browser to see every channel Rilk supports — including premium retailers like Best Buy, Kohl's, Macy's, Lowe's, and Home Depot — spot the ones you haven't added, and connect them the same way. (Premium retailers approve sellers on their own; once you're approved, plugging one into Rilk takes minutes.) Repeat Connect → authorize once per channel, and each one starts feeding the same workspace.
