Import your products
Bring your entire catalog into Rilk from a spreadsheet in one pass — map your columns once, and Rilk remembers the mapping next time.
What this does
If your products already live in a spreadsheet or an export from another system, you don't need to retype them. Rilk reads your file, lets you line up your columns with its own fields, and loads every SKU at once.
The point: you get your whole catalog into Rilk in minutes instead of adding SKUs one at a time.
The three steps
1. Upload your file — Products → Import. Start the import and choose your spreadsheet. Rilk reads the columns and shows you what it found, so you can confirm it's the right file before anything is loaded.
2. Map your columns. Line up each column in your file with the matching field in Rilk — your "Item #" to SKU, your "Price" to price, and so on. Rilk suggests matches for the obvious ones so there's little to do by hand. Your mapping is saved, so the next time you import from the same kind of file, the columns are already lined up.
3. Load the catalog. Confirm and Rilk brings every SKU in at once. Larger files finish in the background, and you'll see the results when they're done.
What you'll end up with
- Your existing catalog in Rilk without hand-entering each SKU.
- A saved column mapping you can reuse for every future import.
- Every imported product ready to stock and list on your channels.
TIP
Adding just a SKU or two? The one-at-a-time flow is faster — see Add a product to your catalog.
