Connect a shipping carrier
Add your own UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL account once, and your negotiated rates show up every time you buy a label.
What this does
Rilk rate-shops across carriers to find the best price on every order. When you connect your own carrier account, Rilk uses your negotiated rates in that comparison — so the discounts you've earned with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL show up automatically on every label you print.
You connect each carrier once. From then on, rate-shopping and Scan and Ship both price against your real accounts, not list rates.
How to connect a carrier
Open Company Settings → Shipping carriers. You'll see the carriers you can connect and the status of any that are already set up.
Pick a carrier — UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Rilk shows you exactly what that carrier needs from you.
Enter your carrier account details and connect. Provide the account information from your carrier, and Rilk confirms the connection and marks the carrier active.
That's it. The next time you ship, that carrier's live rates appear alongside the others so the best price wins.
What you'll end up with
- Your own negotiated carrier rates driving rate-shopping on every order.
- UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL side by side, each priced against your real account.
- One-click labels printed on your thermal printer, at the rate you actually pay.
- The freedom to add or remove a carrier anytime as your accounts change.
TIP
No carrier account yet? You can still ship — Amazon and Walmart orders can use Buy Shipping, which needs no carrier setup of your own.
Do it in Rilk
Sign in, open Company Settings → Shipping carriers, and choose Get Support → Guides — Rilk walks you through connecting your first carrier step by step, right on the page.
