Add a product to your catalog

Get a SKU into Rilk in whichever way is fastest — by hand, from a marketplace catalog, or in bulk — then list it on the channels you sell on.

What this does

Every SKU you sell starts as one product record in your catalog. Once it's in Rilk, you can stock it, list it on any channel, and let Rilk keep those listings and their stock in step. This page covers the three ways to get a product in.

The point: you enter a product once, in whatever way saves you the most typing, and it's ready to sell everywhere.

Three ways to add a product

1. By hand — Products → New. Fill in the essentials — title, SKU, price, and cost — and save. This is the quickest path for a one-off SKU or something you make yourself.

2. From a marketplace catalog. Starting a listing that already exists on Amazon or eBay? Enter its Amazon ASIN or eBay EPID and Rilk pulls the catalog details — title, images, and identifiers — so you're not retyping what the marketplace already knows. You review, adjust, and save.

3. In bulk — Products → Import. Bringing over a whole catalog? Upload a spreadsheet and load every SKU at once. See Import your products for the full walkthrough.

Then publish the listing

However you added it, a product isn't live until you list it. Open the product and use its per-marketplace tabs to publish the listing to each channel you sell on — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or BackMarket. Set the channel price and any listing details there, and Rilk sends the listing out for you.

What you'll end up with

  • A product in your catalog with its essentials filled in.
  • Marketplace details pre-filled when you started from an ASIN or EPID.
  • Listings published to the channels you chose, ready to take orders.
  • Stock that will stay in step across every channel the product is listed on.

TIP

Adding your whole catalog at once? Skip the one-at-a-time flow and go straight to Import your products.
