Connect your first sales channel

Link a marketplace once, and Rilk pulls in your listings, recent orders, and current stock automatically.

What this does

Connecting a channel is the first thing you do in a new Rilk account, and it's what makes everything else work. You authorize Rilk to talk to your marketplace account, and Rilk pulls your live catalog, recent orders, and on-hand inventory into one workspace.

The point: instead of logging into each marketplace to see where you stand, you get one screen that mirrors what's really live — and stays in sync from there on.

How to connect

Open Company Settings → Marketplace integrations. This is where every channel you sell on gets linked to Rilk.

Pick a channel — Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or BackMarket — and click Connect. Rilk sends you to that marketplace to sign in and authorize the connection. You're granting Rilk permission to read your listings and orders and to keep stock in step; you can revoke it from the marketplace at any time.

Watch the first sync. As soon as the channel is authorized, Rilk pulls in your live listings, your recent orders, and your current inventory. Give it a few minutes on a large catalog — it runs in the background, so you can keep setting up while it works.

Add more channels

Sell on more than one marketplace? Open the All Marketplaces browser to see every channel Rilk supports, discover ones you haven't added yet, and connect them the same way. Repeat Connect → authorize once per channel, and each one starts syncing into the same workspace.

TIP

Start with the channel that carries the most volume. You'll see the value fastest, and you can add the rest any time — nothing you set up has to be redone.
