TikTok Shop inventory integration: coming soon — talk to us ​

TikTok Shop order management and inventory sync are being built into Rilk now. Nothing on this page is live for TikTok Shop yet; if you sell there, tell us and you'll hear first.

TikTok Shop is the channel where a single video can sell a month of stock in an afternoon. That is the whole appeal, and it is also the problem: the unit that just went viral is the same unit listed on Amazon, Shopify, and eBay, and a spike on one channel oversells the others before anyone has refreshed a spreadsheet. That's why we're building it. A seller on TikTok Shop is almost always on Amazon and Shopify too, and every one of those channels is pulling on the same inventory. We're building the connection now. It is not live. If you sell on TikTok Shop, tell us — you'll get it first, and you'll shape what ships.

What you can do ​

Nothing for TikTok Shop yet — we're not going to list capabilities that aren't built. What you can do today is run the rest of your channels in Rilk so TikTok Shop joins an operation that already works:

  • Run Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart from one stock pool and one order inbox — the channels most TikTok Shop sellers are already on.
  • See margin per unit on every order, after the label and after each marketplace's payout.
  • Get on the list. Tell us you sell on TikTok Shop and we'll reach out as soon as there's something to connect.

What's supported ​

  • TikTok Shop: in development. No listing, inventory, order, or shipping capability is live for TikTok Shop today, and this page will say so until one is.
  • Everything else you sell on: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, BackMarket, Newegg, Wayfair, Overstock, Temu, and 25+ retailers via Mirakl — live now, no per-channel fees, from the free plan up.
  • Early access for TikTok Shop sellers who ask — sales@rilk.ai.

How the TikTok Shop inventory sync will work ​

This is the shape every native Rilk marketplace connection follows, and it's the shape TikTok Shop is being built to. Read it as the plan, not as a feature list — none of it is live for TikTok Shop yet.

  1. You'll authorize Rilk for your shop, and only your shop. TikTok Shop connects the way Shopify and Amazon do: you click an authorization link, approve Rilk for your seller account, and the access is yours to revoke. No shared logins, no credentials pasted into a form.
  2. TikTok Shop products will map to SKUs in the stock pool your Amazon and Shopify listings already share — one count behind every product in your shop.
  3. A sale anywhere will move the TikTok Shop quantity, so the unit that just sold on Amazon is never the unit a creator's video is still selling.
  4. TikTok Shop orders will land in the same inbox as every other channel — pick, pack, buy the label on UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, tracking back to TikTok Shop so the order closes on their side.
  5. Margin per unit will reconcile the same way it does on every channel: cost basis plus label cost on the order, payouts posted on the settlements screen.

Connecting TikTok Shop ​

Not yet. When the connection ships, it will live where every other marketplace does — Company Settings → Marketplace integrations — and connecting will be an authorization click on TikTok's side rather than a form on ours. Until then, tell us you sell on TikTok Shop and we'll let you know the moment there's something to connect.

Why sell on TikTok Shop with Rilk ​

TikTok Shop is discovery-driven: buyers don't search for your product, they see it, and demand arrives in bursts you can't schedule. The operational cost is what it is on every extra channel, only sharper — one more place the same unit is listed, one more inbox, one more count that has to be right at the exact moment a video takes off. Is the TikTok Shop integration live? ​

No. It's being built now. This page will change the day it's live; until then, no TikTok Shop capability is available in Rilk.

How will I connect my shop? ​

By authorizing Rilk from your TikTok Shop seller account — a click on their side that grants access to your shop specifically, which you can revoke at any time. The same shape as connecting Shopify or Amazon today.

How do I find out when it ships? ​

Tell us you sell on TikTok Shop. Sellers who ask get it first and get a say in what ships.

I sell on TikTok Shop and Amazon — what can I do in Rilk today? ​
