How the VirVentures inventory sync works

1. Add VirVentures as a trading partner under SPS Commerce in Company Settings. Because VirVentures sells on the marketplaces you may also sell on, map its part numbers to your SKUs once and carefully; Rilk reads the mailbox and never writes to it.
2. Each PO becomes a VirVentures order in Rilk within minutes — one buyer, one address, the line matched to your SKU by the part number VirVentures sent. Because the retailer sells across its own store, Walmart, and eBay, the orders arrive at marketplace pace rather than in wholesale batches; each is its own order to pick.
3. The unit leaves the same count your own Amazon, Walmart, and eBay listings draw from. That matters here more than most places: a reseller may be selling your product on the same marketplace you are, and one count behind both is what keeps you from overselling yourself.
4. Ship the reseller's order like your own — but watch the label. UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL are rate-shopped per shipment in Rilk, because a reseller margin has less room in it than a direct one; the ship notice with tracking goes back to VirVentures through your SPS connection.
5. Reseller margin next to direct margin. Cost basis plus the label cost on every line, VirVentures' remittance posted on the settlements screen, and VirVentures inventory management and what a reseller order earned versus your own sale of the same SKU are one view.
