How the Zoro inventory sync works

1. Connect your Zoro EDI account in Rilk — the SPS Commerce mailbox and the trading identity SPS set up for you with Zoro — and switch on the documents you want Rilk to send: acknowledgment, ship notice, invoice. Each one is a toggle you control.
2. A Zoro PO becomes a Zoro order in Rilk within the hour — the jobsite or shop address carried through, each line matched to your SKU by Zoro's part number — and Rilk sends the acknowledgment back through SPS, line by line, so Zoro knows what's shipping and when.
3. The unit leaves the same count your Amazon and Walmart listings draw from. A case of filters sold to a Zoro customer pulls the marketplace quantities for that SKU down in step, so an industrial account never oversells a consumer listing.
4. Pick, pack, print the Zoro packing slip, and buy the label — on the carrier account your agreement calls for, with the PO and order references Zoro requires on it. As the label prints, Rilk sends the advance ship notice with tracking, then the invoice, back to Zoro through SPS.
